Resident Testimonials

My favorite thing about ARMC is the amazing support of the Program Director, Associate Program Directors and co-residents. Coming from a small island in the Caribbean to a foreign country, ARMC has provided a great sense of camaraderie and really made me feel at home. At ARMC, a culture of diversity is embraced allowing us to feel a sense of belonging and appreciation. A safe environment is fostered for residents and medical students, where an investment is made into our education and growth
- Jerome Renard, MD PGY-2

The diversity of the ARMC internal medicine residency program is something that particularly captured my attention. The residents within this program come from numerous different backgrounds and locations. Coming from a minority background myself, I felt comfortable interacting with all the residents and attendings, which creates an environment fit for learning maximally
