At our institution, we prioritize comprehensive education and professional development within our Internal Medicine Residency Program. Our commitment extends beyond clinical rotations and hands-on experiences; we also offer a robust array of didactic sessions designed to enrich residents' knowledge base and clinical skills. Our didactics cover core internal medicine topics, evidence-based medicine, clinical skills training, morbidity and mortality review, grand rounds, journal clubs, board review sessions, subspecialty lectures, and interprofessional education. Through these structured educational sessions, residents benefit from high-quality instruction led by experienced faculty members, guest speakers, and senior residents. We believe that fostering a dynamic learning environment that integrates didactic education with practical clinical experiences is essential for producing well-rounded, competent physicians poised for success in internal medicine and beyond.
